Q1.Can you provide customization service?¿Ofrecen servicio de personalización?

A. Yes, JM initially manufactures standard bolts, nuts, screws, but in the past 11 years,JM has already developed successfully 580 customized parts in different sizes .

A.Sí, JM inicialmente fabricaba tuercas, tornillos y pernos estandarizados, pero en los últimos 11 años, a empezado a fabricar más de 580 partes personalizadas en distintos tamaños con éxito.

Q2.What customs clearance documents can you provide? ¿Qué documentos de acreditación entregan?

A.Generally, we provide commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, inspection certificates,test report of the steel and CO (if needed). If you have other special requirements, please inform us, and we will find a solution for you.JM is capable of providing customized parts not only with single-process ,but also with a variety combined crafts.

A.Generalmente, entregamos todas las facturas comerciales, listas de paquetería, notas de fletes, certificados de inspección, reporte de las pruebas hechas al acero y al CO(si se requiere). Si tiene algún otro requerimiento en especial, por favor infórmenos de este, y encontraremos la solución.

Q3.Does every customized part need mould fee? ¿Todas las partes personalizadas requieren un costo de molde?

A. Not all customized parts cost mould fee. For example, a turning part does not need a mould yet requires the appropriate tools and fixtures. JM spends labor costs in making samples , therefore charges certain sample fees.It will be returned after placing an order.

A. No todas las partes utilizan este costo. Por ejemplo, una parte de torneado no requiere molde pero si requiere las herramientas adecuadas. JM se encarga de cubrir los costos para hacer las muestras, así que solo cobra por ciertas cosas. Todo esto se te devolverá al momento de pedir la orden.

Q4.Where are your factories, can I have a visit? ¿En donde se encuentran sus fábricas, puedo ir a visitarlas?

A. JM has its factories.We have invested in multiple factories, which are mainly located in Shanghai and Zhejiang Province. You can visit the corresponding factories depending on the products to be purchased. Please feel free to visit our factories and give guidance. We can pick you up at the nearest airport or train station.

A.Hemos invertido en muchas fábricas, que se encuentran principalmente en Shanghai y en la provincia de Zhejiang. Q5.Can you provide free samples? ¿Puede proveer de muestras gratis?

A. Yes, for the standard fastener,if on stock,we can provide free samples. Please kindly understand that we charge certain fees for customized samples before making.

Q6.How do you guarantee quality?¿Cómo garantizan calidad?

A. JM conducts quality control in strict accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Certification System. JM practices the worker's self-inspection and routing inspection on a regular basis during production, the QC strict sampling before packaging and the delivery after compliance. Each batch of products is accompanied by Inspection Certificate from JM and raw materials test report from the steel factory.

A.JM lleva un control de calidad estricto de acuerdo al ISO9001 sistema de certificación de calidad, y cumple con las auto inspecciones e inspecciones de enrutamiento de forma cotidiana durante la producción, el control de calidad estricto de la muestra antes de empacarse y entregarse después de la orden. Cada lote de productos es acompañado de un Certificado de Inspección de JM y un reporte de muestra de los materiales en bruto de la fábrica de acero.

Q7.If I have paid the mould fee yet receive the nonconforming samples,what will you do? ¿Tendré que pagar por el molde a pesar de recibir muestras no conformes, que harán ustedes?

A.For the first development of non-standard parts, we refund the mould fee in case of 2 times of nonconforming samples delivered. If you give us more chances to make the moulds, we will continue to study until success.

A.JM dará de vuelta el costo del molde en caso de que se entreguen dos pruebas no conformadas. Si nos brinda más tiempo para hacer más molden, seguiremos probando e investigando hasta obtener éxito.

Q8. What is your MOQ for processing? Any mould fee? Is the mould fee refunded? ¿Cuál es su orden mínima de pedido para procesar? ¿Hay algún costo por los moldes?¿Se regrese el costo del molde?

A. MOQ for non-standard fasteners: 1-2 tons acc. to the different parts,charge mould fee, which will be refunded when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.
B. MOQ for stamping parts : Depending on the degree of difficulty and dimensions of the parts. We will charge mould fee and refund it when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.
C. MOQ for turning parts is 100 pieces, charging no mould fee. But if you need samples confirming, charging the sample fee, and refund it when make the order.

A. La OMP para tornillos no estandarizados: 1-2 tons acc. Para las partes diferentes, hay un cargo por los moldes, que se le regresara de inmediato al recibir la cantidad necesaria, que describimos con más precisión en nuestra cita. 
B. OMP para partes de estampado: Dependiendo del grado de dificultad y las dimensiones de las piezas. Cobraremos una cuota por molde y se lo regresamos en el momento que se llegue a cierta cantidad, descrito de forma más específica en la cita.
